Hi, I'm Liz, and thank you for taking the time to visit my website.
For more than 20 years I've been helping people reduce pain, recover from injury and improve their wellbeing through acupuncture, massage and craniosacral therapy.
Every person who walks through my door is different, so I take time to listen carefully before creating a treatment plan that's right for them.
My interest in massage and anatomy sparked a passion which led to me studying an acupuncture degree. I came to craniosacral therapy when looking for a potent therapy to support those who didn't want acupuncture, but needed more than massage to help them back to health.
I'm here to use my skills and extensive experience to help you. I'm also here to be present, engaged and curious. This means constantly asking questions and looking for connections so you receive the optimal blend of what I have to offer. And, lastly, I'm here to continue learning so that I can offer my clients the best possible care.
